Measured by FlareWarden's own checks of syncrosecure.com from multiple regions every 6 hours. Syncro's status page sets the verdict above when it reports trouble, but never these figures. Percentages count only checks that returned an availability answer — 14 days measured so far. A dash means that window does not yet hold enough measured days to publish a figure.

What Syncro does

Syncro, formerly SyncroMSP, is one platform for remote monitoring and management (RMM) and professional services automation (PSA), used by managed service providers and internal IT teams. It runs ticketing, time tracking, billing and invoicing alongside endpoint management, patching, scripting, Microsoft 365 management, backup and remote access. When it is down, a technician loses the ticket queue and the tools that reach client machines at the same moment.

What an outage looks like

Pages load slowly or return 500 errors and PDF generation fails, as Syncro reported on May 13, 2026. The tickets index can fail with 'Failed to retrieve data collection'. On the RMM side, script results, asset syncing and installs lag, by up to 2 hours on September 24, 2026. During the November 18, 2025 Cloudflare outage, users saw a Cloudflare Internal Server Error page instead of Syncro.

What to do about it

Check syncrostatus.com, linked as Status Site from Syncro's support portal; it lists Application Server, Background Workers, Third Party Services and Agent separately. Wait before rerunning a script that looks stuck: during RMM delays Syncro has said scripts kept executing while their history lagged. Support is help@syncrosecure.com or 1-888-897-2209.

Is it down for everyone, or just you?

If this page says Syncro is up but it is not loading for you, the problem is between you and them. Run a check against any URL from up to 17 cities across three regions to find out where it breaks.

Syncro outage FAQ

Is Syncro the same company as SyncroMSP?
Yes. Syncro's own site says the company was formerly known as SyncroMSP and operated at syncromsp.com, then rebranded to Syncro in 2026 and moved to syncrosecure.com, to reflect serving IT departments as well as MSPs. syncromsp.com now redirects to syncrosecure.com and status.syncromsp.com to syncrostatus.com, while the login page and support portal still sit on syncromsp.com addresses.
Do scripts still run on endpoints during a Syncro outage?
Often, yes. When Syncro reported delayed RMM background tasks on May 7, 2026, it said scripts were continuing to execute on endpoints but Script History and run details could be late to appear, and newly deployed assets could take longer to show up. On September 24, 2026 it reported delays of up to 2 hours for script processing, script results and asset installation. Check the endpoint before running a script again.
Why do assets show offline during Syncro maintenance?
Because the presence servers are restarting. Syncro's notice for its October 17 and 18, 2026 maintenance said Syncro stayed available but assets could appear offline for short periods while presence servers restarted, and that it would pause the offline alerts feature for the window to avoid false alerts. So during a maintenance window, a missing offline alert does not prove a machine is up.
Does a Cloudflare outage affect Syncro?
It has. On November 18, 2025 Syncro reported that it was not loading because of an Internal Server Error on Cloudflare's network, linked Cloudflare's own incident, and made changes so users could reach Syncro while Cloudflare worked on a fix, though some still saw Cloudflare errors. Integrations fail on their own too: the Third Party Services row has logged QuickBooks invoice sync and Xero sync errors.
Does the check on this page measure the Syncro app?
No. It loads syncrosecure.com, the company website, which is separate from the app technicians sign in to at admin.syncromsp.com, the background workers that run RMM tasks, and the agent on managed machines. Each of those has its own row on syncrostatus.com. A green result here means the website answers, not that tickets, scripts or remote access are working.

How we measure this

  • We request Syncro's public endpoint every 6 hours from Fly.io regions across six continents — the most recent check ran from 8 of them. When you open this page and our last check is more than 30 minutes old, we check again on the spot; those checks update the verdict, never the availability figures.
  • A region counts as down only when it gets no usable HTTP response. A 403 or 429 means the origin answered and refused us, which we report as blocked, never as an outage.
  • A single failing region is treated as probe noise. Our checks only change their verdict when two consecutive cycles agree.
  • Response times average only the regions that actually served the page, so a timeout never inflates the number.
  • Where Syncro publishes an official status feed we read it too, and the verdict is the worse of what it reports and what our checks see: a major outage of Syncro itself is Down, trouble with one part of it is Degraded, problems at a few of a provider's many locations change nothing, and a security notice that marks nothing down is shown but changes nothing either. A reading counts for 45 minutes; we read the feed again within minutes of any change to its incidents. The availability figures above are our measurement alone.
