Reachability by region

Each region runs its own request from a different part of the world. A service can be up for one continent and down for another, which is usually the first sign of a routing or CDN problem.

What ServiceTitan does

ServiceTitan is software for home and commercial contractors in the trades. Office staff use it to book jobs, dispatch technicians, send estimates, take payments and run accounting and payroll, while technicians work from its mobile app in the field. Add-ons cover phones, a contact center, marketing and fleet tracking, so one company's calls, schedule and invoices can all depend on it at once.

What an outage looks like

The office application will not load or saves slowly, so jobs cannot be booked and the dispatch board stops updating. Technicians in the mobile app cannot see their next job or close out a visit. Businesses on ServiceTitan phones may find inbound calls not ringing through or queues not answering. Card payments, estimates or reports can also fail on their own while the rest of the product works.

What to do about it

Check status.servicetitan.com and read the group that matches the problem: Site Performance for the Office and Mobile App, Core Product Features for Job Booking, Dispatch, Payment Processing, Accounting and Payroll, and separate groups for Phones Pro, Contact Center Pro, Marketing Pro and Fleet Pro. While it is down, keep a written list of calls, bookings and completed work to enter once it returns.

Is it down for everyone, or just you?

If this page says ServiceTitan is up but it is not loading for you, the problem is between you and them. Run a check against any URL from up to 17 cities across three regions to find out where it breaks.

ServiceTitan outage FAQ

Are my phones down because ServiceTitan is down?
Possibly, if your business uses ServiceTitan phones. The status page lists the telephony platform separately for Phones Pro, Contact Center Pro and Basic Phone Integration, with rows for inbound calling, outbound calling, local numbers, toll-free numbers and text messaging. If one of those rows shows an incident, the missed calls are on their side. If they are green, check your own internet connection and handsets.
Can technicians keep working if the office app is down?
Partly, depending on what failed. ServiceTitan reports the Office and the Mobile App as separate rows under Site Performance, so one can be affected while the other works. If both are down, have technicians record work, parts used and customer signatures on paper so each job can be closed out and invoiced once service returns.
Is ServiceTitan down or is it just one feature?
Check the Core Product Features group. Job Booking, Dispatch, Estimates, CRM, Accounting, Payroll, Inventory, Memberships, Pricebook, Reporting and Payment Processing are each their own row, so a failure in one does not mean the whole product is down. A report that will not run while booking works is a different problem, with a different urgency, from a dispatch board that has stopped.
Did a customer's card payment go through during the outage?
Check before charging again. Payment Processing is its own row on the status page, so payments can fail while the rest of ServiceTitan works. Look up the invoice once the system is back and confirm whether a payment was recorded against it. Running the card a second time on a guess risks charging the customer twice.

How we measure this

  • We request ServiceTitan's public endpoint every 6 hours from Fly.io regions across six continents — the most recent check ran from 8 of them.
  • A region counts as down only when it gets no usable HTTP response. A 403 or 429 means the origin answered and refused us, which we report as blocked, never as an outage.
  • A single failing region is treated as probe noise. We only change the verdict when two consecutive cycles agree.
  • Response times average only the regions that actually served the page, so a timeout never inflates the number.
  • Where ServiceTitan publishes an official status feed we read it too. An all-clear from the vendor can soften an unconfirmed degradation; a vendor-declared outage only worsens our verdict when our own checks corroborate it.
