PHP vulnerabilities (CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619): Pulseway Status

Pulseway is aware of two critical vulnerabilities in PHP: CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619. CVE-2026-109618 involves a remote code execution vulnerability where handling out-of-memory errors via longjmp() leaves request memory uninitialized due to improper control flow management, potentially allowing attackers to achieve remote code execution using out-of-memory (OOM) triggers. CVE-2026-109619 describes a remote code execution vulnerability where longjmp() fatal error handling leaves global memory pointing to freed memory regions. These regions can later be accessed during subsequent requests, potentially enabling arbitrary code execution. Pulseway has completed an evaluation of its product portfolio regarding these vulnerabilities. As our investigation and remediation efforts continue, we will keep the following list updated with the latest information. Here is what each status means: Fully Patched: The fix has been applied. Compensating Controls: The product is impacted, protective controls are in place, and we are working to remediate. Unaffected: The product is not affected by these vulnerabilities. Product Status: Pulseway - Fully Patched Software Catalog - Unaffected

Measured by FlareWarden's own checks of pulseway.com from multiple regions every 6 hours. Pulseway's status page sets the verdict above when it reports trouble, but never these figures. Percentages count only checks that returned an availability answer — 5 days measured so far. A dash means that window does not yet hold enough measured days to publish a figure.

What Pulseway does

Pulseway is a remote monitoring and management (RMM) platform that IT teams and managed service providers use to monitor, patch and remotely control the computers and servers they look after, through an agent installed on each device. It also offers Pulseway PSA for service desk work, a third-party software catalog and license management, with SaaS and remote control hosted separately in the United States and Europe.

What an outage looks like

The web app loads slowly or returns HTTP 500 or 503 errors, and managed devices show offline or flip between online and offline, as in Europe on July 24, 2026. Pulseway PSA sign-in can fail with Something went wrong, please try again (October 1 and 7, 2026). Remote control, custom agent installers or third-party software updates can fail while the rest works.

What to do about it

Check status.pulseway.com, which lists SaaS and remote control separately for the United States and Europe, plus Pulseway PSA, integrations, license management and the software catalog, so confirm the row for your region. In the July 2026 incident affected agents reconnected automatically once it was fixed, so wait before reinstalling agents. For urgent work on a machine, use another remote access route you already have.

Is it down for everyone, or just you?

If this page says Pulseway is up but it is not loading for you, the problem is between you and them. Run a check against any URL from up to 17 cities across three regions to find out where it breaks.

Pulseway outage FAQ

Is Pulseway down or is it my device?
If many devices went offline at once, check status.pulseway.com first. Incidents are listed per region, SaaS - United States or SaaS - Europe, and per service, so a problem can hit one region only. If the page is green and only one device is offline, check that machine's network connection and that the Pulseway agent is running.
Why do my devices show offline in Pulseway?
During an incident, agents can lose their connection and appear offline. On July 24, 2026 a change in the 10.28 release caused database contention for about 18 hours, and agents flipped between online and offline before reconnecting automatically; Pulseway shipped a hotfix the same day. After EMEA maintenance in November 2025, devices running Windows Server versions before 2016 could not connect and appeared offline.
Why can't I log in to Pulseway PSA?
Pulseway PSA has had sign-in outages where users saw Something went wrong, please try again. On October 1, 2026 a database issue blocked login and access from 18:24 to 20:02 UTC, and a similar login failure followed on October 7 for about two hours. PSA is its own component on status.pulseway.com, so check that row rather than the RMM ones.
Why aren't new third-party software updates showing in Pulseway?
It has happened during a publishing incident. From January 19, 2026 an issue publishing third-party application packages meant recent vendor updates did not appear as available or install, and the incident stayed open for about seven weeks. If a policy installs nothing new, check status.pulseway.com for an open software catalog incident before changing the policy.

How we measure this

  • We request Pulseway's public endpoint every 6 hours from Fly.io regions across six continents — the most recent check ran from 8 of them. When you open this page and our last check is more than 30 minutes old, we check again on the spot; those checks update the verdict, never the availability figures.
  • A region counts as down only when it gets no usable HTTP response. A 403 or 429 means the origin answered and refused us, which we report as blocked, never as an outage.
  • A single failing region is treated as probe noise. Our checks only change their verdict when two consecutive cycles agree.
  • Response times average only the regions that actually served the page, so a timeout never inflates the number.
  • Where Pulseway publishes an official status feed we read it too, and the verdict is the worse of what it reports and what our checks see: a major outage of Pulseway itself is Down, trouble with one part of it is Degraded, problems at a few of a provider's many locations change nothing, and a security notice that marks nothing down is shown but changes nothing either. We check the feed every 3 minutes and read it again within minutes of any change to its incidents or components; a reading counts for 45 minutes after the last check that found nothing changed. The availability figures above are our measurement alone.
