Reachability by region

Each region runs its own request from a different part of the world. A service can be up for one continent and down for another, which is usually the first sign of a routing or CDN problem.

What Procore does

Procore is construction project management software that connects field crews and office teams on the same project record. General contractors, owners and specialty contractors use it for drawings and documents, inspections, schedules, budgets, bidding and payments, so it sits between the jobsite and the accounting system and a stalled Procore holds up both.

What an outage looks like

Login fails or the web interface stops loading while phones on site still show cached screens. File uploads and downloads hang, so drawings and photos do not sync. Generated PDFs of reports or submittals fail to render. Search returns nothing. Outbound notification emails stop arriving, so reviewers never hear that an item is waiting on them.

What to do about it

Open status.procore.com and find the row for what you are doing. Procore lists Login, Web Interface, File Uploads, PDF Generation, Search and inbound and outbound email separately from individual tools such as Budgeting, Inspections, Schedule, Documents and Procore Pay. Check the scheduled maintenance notices too: Procore announces planned web application downtime there, and it looks exactly like an outage from the field.

Is it down for everyone, or just you?

If this page says Procore is up but it is not loading for you, the problem is between you and them. Run a check against any URL from up to 18 cities across three regions to find out where it breaks.

Procore outage FAQ

Is Procore down or is it planned maintenance?
Check status.procore.com before assuming an outage, because Procore publishes scheduled web application downtime on the same page as incidents. A maintenance window shows as a completed or in-progress scheduled item with a start and end time. If nothing is scheduled and Login or Web Interface is not operational, it is an incident, and the page is where updates will appear.
Why can I log in but not upload drawings or photos?
Because Procore reports File Uploads and File Downloads as their own components, separate from Login and the Web Interface. One can degrade while the others stay healthy, so the app opens normally and the upload spins or fails. Check those two rows specifically. If they are operational, try a different network, since large jobsite uploads over a weak connection fail in the same way.
I did not get a Procore notification email. Is that an outage?
It can be. Procore tracks Emails - Outbound as a separate component, so notifications for RFIs, submittals and approvals can stop while the application itself works. If that row shows a problem, open the tool directly instead of waiting for the email, because the item is already in Procore and only the alert about it is delayed.
Can Procore support be down while the platform is up?
Yes, and it has happened. On September 16, 2026 Procore posted an incident where a third-party issue stopped its support team connecting to customer calls and chats, while the platform itself was not reported as affected. If you cannot reach support, check status.procore.com for a support incident before assuming your account or the product has a problem.
Is Procore down for everyone or just me?
Compare the status page with this page's regional measurements. If Procore reports every component operational and our probes from several locations reach the login page, the problem is likely local: a company VPN, a firewall that blocks uploads, or an expired session. If the login page fails from several regions at once, it is Procore rather than your network.

How we measure this

  • We request Procore's public endpoint every 6 hours from Fly.io regions across six continents — the most recent check ran from 8 of them.
  • A region counts as down only when it gets no usable HTTP response. A 403 or 429 means the origin answered and refused us, which we report as blocked, never as an outage.
  • A single failing region is treated as probe noise. We only change the verdict when two consecutive cycles agree.
  • Response times average only the regions that actually served the page, so a timeout never inflates the number.
  • Where Procore publishes an official status feed we read it too. An all-clear from the vendor can soften an unconfirmed degradation; a vendor-declared outage only worsens our verdict when our own checks corroborate it.
