Is PandaDoc Down?

No — PandaDoc is up

We cannot measure PandaDoc directly — it blocks automated checks — but PandaDoc's own status page currently reports no issues.

Last checked · checks run every 6 hours

Why there is no uptime figure on this page

The last time we fetched PandaDoc's page directly, the origin answered and turned our client away rather than serving the page. That answer tells us the origin was reachable and responding, but it is a response about our automation, not about whether PandaDoc works for you.

A percentage built from those checks would measure our own access, so we do not publish one. What this page does show is each region's most recent result and PandaDoc's own status feed, which you can weigh yourself.

Reachability by region

Each region runs its own request from a different part of the world. A service can be up for one continent and down for another, which is usually the first sign of a routing or CDN problem.

What PandaDoc does

PandaDoc is a document workflow and electronic signature platform used for proposals, quotes and contracts, with CRM integrations that generate documents straight from deal records. Sales teams send priced proposals through it and buyers sign in the browser, so an outage sits directly on the revenue path rather than somewhere in the back office.

What an outage looks like

The symptom that reaches customers first is the recipient view failing: a prospect opens the link you sent and cannot load or sign the document. Internally, documents will not send, uploads fail, and editing a template errors on save. CRM integrations stop generating documents from deals, and webhooks stop notifying your systems that something was signed.

What to do about it

Check status.pandadoc.com and read the right region: PandaDoc reports US and Global separately from EU. Note which component is affected, because sending, the recipient view and downloading documents fail independently. If a deal is time-critical, send the agreement another way rather than resending through PandaDoc, which risks the buyer holding two versions and signing the wrong one.

Is it down for everyone, or just you?

If this page says PandaDoc is up but it is not loading for you, the problem is between you and them. Run a check against any URL from all 18 regions to find out where it breaks.

PandaDoc outage FAQ

Is PandaDoc down or has my recipient's link expired?
Expired links give a specific message saying the document is no longer available, while an outage produces load failures or errors on signing. PandaDoc tracks the public recipient view as its own component, and it can fail while your internal editor works normally. Ask the recipient exactly what they see on screen, then match that against status.pandadoc.com.
Is a signature lost if PandaDoc fails mid-signing?
A signature PandaDoc recorded and confirmed is stored and appears on the completed document. One submitted while the service was failing may not have registered. Check the document's status once the incident clears rather than asking the signer to sign again immediately, because duplicate signing complicates the audit trail even though it does not corrupt the document.
Does a PandaDoc outage stop documents generating from my CRM?
Yes, if the CRM and integrations component is affected. Document creation triggered from a deal record depends on PandaDoc accepting the request, so the deal updates in your CRM while no document ever appears. Webhooks are tracked separately, which means your systems can also miss the notification that something was signed even after signing itself recovers.
Why does PandaDoc separate US and EU status?
PandaDoc runs an EU deployment alongside its US and Global one, and reports them independently. Accounts on data-residency terms sit in the EU deployment. An incident usually affects a single region, so the global entry reading healthy is not evidence that your own account is, and the reverse is equally true.

How we measure this

  • We request PandaDoc's public endpoint every 6 hours from Fly.io regions across six continents — 8 of them answered the most recent check.
  • A region counts as down only when it gets no usable HTTP response. A 403 or 429 means the origin answered and refused us, which we report as blocked, never as an outage.
  • A single failing region is treated as probe noise. We only change the verdict when two consecutive cycles agree.
  • Response times average only the regions that actually served the page, so a timeout never inflates the number.
  • Where PandaDoc publishes an official status feed we read it too. An all-clear from the vendor can soften an unconfirmed degradation; a vendor-declared outage only worsens our verdict when our own checks corroborate it — and when PandaDoc blocks our checks entirely, we report the vendor's own status directly.
