What Kajabi does
Kajabi hosts the whole business of a course creator or coach: the site and landing pages, the course and membership content, checkout and payments, email marketing, and the branded mobile app. Because the storefront, the delivery of what was bought and the receipt email all run on one platform, a single incident can interrupt selling and teaching at the same time.
What an outage looks like
Landing pages and course sites fail to render or load without styling. Offer Checkout errors at payment, so buyers see a failure after entering card details. Coupons stop applying. Automated site emails, including purchase receipts and welcome sequences, do not send. Inbound webhooks from payment or automation tools are not received, leaving new members unenrolled.
What to do about it

403or429means the origin answered and refused us, which we report as blocked, never as an outage. - A single failing region is treated as probe noise. We only change the verdict when two consecutive cycles agree.
