No downtime Partial Downtime Not measurable No data

Measured by FlareWarden's own checks of secure.gethealthie.com from multiple regions every 6 hours. Healthie's status page sets the verdict above when it reports trouble, but never these figures. Percentages count only checks that returned an availability answer — 22 days measured so far. A dash means that window does not yet hold enough measured days to publish a figure.

What Healthie does

Healthie is a cloud EHR and practice management platform built for virtual-first care. Dietitians, health coaches, physical therapists, group practices and digital health companies use it for charting, scheduling, intake forms, billing, telehealth, client messaging and an AI scribe. Clients reach it through a web portal and mobile app, and many companies build their own apps on Healthie's GraphQL API, sometimes under their own white-labeled domain.

What an outage looks like

secure.gethealthie.com loads slowly or fails, sign-in returns Captcha Validation Failed errors, or intake forms will not load. Clients may get an error joining video calls, webhooks and other background work can arrive late when job queues back up, and scribed notes may be slow to generate. White-labeled portals and custom apps built on Healthie's API fail at the same time, even though they do not show the Healthie name.

What to do about it

Check status.gethealthie.com, which separates Production from the Sandbox environment and lists third-party vendors such as DoseSpot, Zoom and Zus. If no incident is posted, email hello@gethealthie.com or use the in-app chat with screenshots of the error. Branded client portals and apps built on Healthie's API fail with it, so check the status page before debugging your own site.

Is it down for everyone, or just you?

If this page says Healthie is up but it is not loading for you, the problem is between you and them. Run a check against any URL from up to 17 cities across three regions to find out where it breaks.

Healthie outage FAQ

Is Healthie down for everyone or just me?
Check status.gethealthie.com: Healthie says that page always shows known incidents with its app. If it shows no incident and you still cannot work, Healthie asks you to contact support at hello@gethealthie.com with a detailed description and screenshots. A problem in the Sandbox environment or with one integration, such as DoseSpot e-prescribing, can occur while production Healthie works normally.
Does an AWS outage affect Healthie?
It can. Healthie's own incident history includes an Amazon CloudFront outage that affected its web and mobile front ends, and an AWS and Aptible capacity problem that slowed the platform, so a large AWS incident is worth checking when Healthie misbehaves. Healthie also lists Zoom, DoseSpot, Zus and Optum (Change Healthcare) as select third-party vendors on its status page, since their outages affect the matching Healthie features.
Will Healthie webhooks be resent after an outage?
Yes for valid events. When background jobs were delayed, Healthie reported that all valid webhooks were sent once queues recovered. If your own receiving endpoint was down instead, Healthie retries failed webhooks for up to 3 days with exponential backoff if you opted into retries, emails you after about 24 hours of failures, and disables the webhook after about 3 days.
Does Healthie have planned downtime?
Healthie says its regular platform updates do not create downtime and are released in a backwards compatible way. It does schedule occasional production and sandbox maintenance, which is announced on status.gethealthie.com before it starts. You can subscribe to updates from the status page or follow its RSS and Atom feeds to see maintenance windows ahead of time.
Do client portals and custom apps go down with Healthie?
Yes, because they run on the same platform. Branded client portal links such as secure.gethealthie.com/go/yourpractice, semi white-label subdomains, fully white-labeled domains and apps built on Healthie's API all depend on Healthie's backend. If your clients report errors on a portal that does not carry the Healthie name, check status.gethealthie.com before troubleshooting your own site.

How we measure this

  • We request Healthie's public endpoint every 6 hours from Fly.io regions across six continents — the most recent check ran from 8 of them. When you open this page and our last check is more than 30 minutes old, we check again on the spot; those checks update the verdict, never the availability figures.
  • A region counts as down only when it gets no usable HTTP response. A 403 or 429 means the origin answered and refused us, which we report as blocked, never as an outage.
  • A single failing region is treated as probe noise. Our checks only change their verdict when two consecutive cycles agree.
  • Response times average only the regions that actually served the page, so a timeout never inflates the number.
  • Where Healthie publishes an official status feed we read it too, and the verdict is the worse of what it reports and what our checks see: a major outage of Healthie itself is Down, trouble with one part of it is Degraded, problems at a few of a provider's many locations change nothing, and a security notice that marks nothing down is shown but changes nothing either. We check the feed every 3 minutes and read it again within minutes of any change to its incidents or components; a reading counts for 45 minutes after the last check that found nothing changed. The availability figures above are our measurement alone.
