Measured by FlareWarden's own checks of app.gohighlevel.com from multiple regions every 6 hours. GoHighLevel's status page sets the verdict above when it reports trouble, but never these figures. Percentages count only checks that returned an availability answer — 10 days measured so far. A dash means that window does not yet hold enough measured days to publish a figure.

What GoHighLevel does

GoHighLevel, which also calls itself HighLevel, is an all-in-one CRM and marketing platform used mostly by agencies that run it for their clients' sub-accounts. It holds contacts, conversations, calendars, opportunities and payments, runs automation workflows, hosts funnels, websites, forms and courses, and sells phone, email and AI add-ons such as Voice AI agents. Many agencies resell it under their own brand, so their clients depend on it too.

What an outage looks like

The app loads but contacts, opportunities or calendars stay blank, workflows stop firing, Voice AI agents do not answer calls, or funnel builder and Social Planner pages go blank. HighLevel's status page lists app.gohighlevel.com and gohighlevel.com, then groups rows for Contacts, Conversations, Calendars, Payments, Automation, Sites, Marketing, Agency and AI. On October 14, 2026 a platform-wide outage hit Wallet, billing, AI agents and workflow executions.

What to do about it

Check status.gohighlevel.com and find the row for the feature that is failing, since most incidents affect one area. If pages load but no data does, HighLevel's August 2026 fix for a bad ISP DNS answer was switching DNS to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 and flushing the DNS cache. Sub-account users should contact their agency; agency admins can reach HighLevel support 24/7 by live chat, Zoom or phone.

Is it down for everyone, or just you?

If this page says GoHighLevel is up but it is not loading for you, the problem is between you and them. Run a check against any URL from up to 17 cities across three regions to find out where it breaks.

GoHighLevel outage FAQ

Should I call it HighLevel or GoHighLevel?
Both names mean the same product. The company's homepage at gohighlevel.com is titled GoHighLevel, while its app, help center and status page say HighLevel, and its footer names HighLevel LLC as a subsidiary of GoHighLevel Inc. Agencies can put the web app on their own whitelabel domain, so if your login page shows another company's name, HighLevel's status page still applies.
Why does GoHighLevel load but show no data?
Sometimes the fault is your internet provider. On August 25, 2026 HighLevel found that mostly Optimum customers got a wrong address for its API hostnames, so the app loaded but every data feature failed with ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED. Its fix was running nslookup services.leadconnectorhq.com, and if the answer was not a Cloudflare address, switching to 1.1.1.1 or 8.8.8.8 DNS, including IPv6, and flushing the cache.
Will workflows and data catch up after an incident?
Often, but not always. After a September 10, 2026 contacts and smartlists sync delay HighLevel said all delayed updates were processed and no data was lost. After an August 19, 2026 Marketplace API incident it said some Marketplace workflow triggers and actions may have been skipped, and on October 8, 2026 it was working out how to safely retrigger missed contact events. Check runs that fell inside an incident.
How do I reach HighLevel support during an outage?
Agency admins and agency users can open live chat, a Zoom support call or a ticket from the blue question mark in the top right of the desktop app, 24/7, or call +1 (888) 732-4197. HighLevel validates callers as agency admins and has no general support email. Sub-account (location) users do not see the support button and should contact the agency that runs their account.
What does the check on this page measure?
It loads app.gohighlevel.com, the address of the HighLevel web app, which its status page tracks as its own row. We check it instead of www.gohighlevel.com because the marketing site answers automated requests with a captcha challenge. It does not sign in, fetch data from HighLevel's API, run workflows, send messages, place calls or load client funnels, so a green result means the app's front page answers.

How we measure this

  • We request GoHighLevel's public endpoint every 6 hours from Fly.io regions across six continents — the most recent check ran from 8 of them. When you open this page and our last check is more than 30 minutes old, we check again on the spot; those checks update the verdict, never the availability figures.
  • A region counts as down only when it gets no usable HTTP response. A 403 or 429 means the origin answered and refused us, which we report as blocked, never as an outage.
  • A single failing region is treated as probe noise. Our checks only change their verdict when two consecutive cycles agree.
  • Response times average only the regions that actually served the page, so a timeout never inflates the number.
  • Where GoHighLevel publishes an official status feed we read it too, and the verdict is the worse of what it reports and what our checks see: a major outage of GoHighLevel itself is Down, trouble with one part of it is Degraded, problems at a few of a provider's many locations change nothing, and a security notice that marks nothing down is shown but changes nothing either. A reading counts for 45 minutes; we read the feed again within minutes of any change to its incidents. The availability figures above are our measurement alone.
