Measured by FlareWarden's own checks of freightos.com from multiple regions every 6 hours. Freightos's status page sets the verdict above when it reports trouble, but never these figures. Percentages count only checks that returned an availability answer — 7 days measured so far. A dash means that window does not yet hold enough measured days to publish a figure.

What Freightos does

Freightos runs an online marketplace where importers and exporters compare and book live air and ocean freight quotes, plus software for freight forwarders, airlines and carriers: rate management, quoting, eBooking and payments. Its Terminal product and the Freightos Baltic Index publish freight market prices. Shippers depend on it to get quotes and to book, track and message about shipments.

What an outage looks like

Quote searches return no results, sign-in and signup fail, or sites will not open at all. Narrower incidents break one feature: the Marketplace shipment page and the buyer-seller Shipment Messenger failed during a partial Google Cloud outage in September 2026, and PDF downloads failed on AcceleRate sites in October 2025. In October 2026 some Marketplace customers in mainland China saw slow access through Cloudflare.

What to do about it

Check status.freightos.com, which splits Quoting, Shipment Management, User/Business Management, Reporting, Integrations and APIs into separate components. We found no link to it on freightos.com or the Marketplace Help Center, so bookmark it. If the incident names Cloudflare or Google Cloud, follow that provider's status page too. Check a booking you submitted during the incident once it is resolved before booking again.

Is it down for everyone, or just you?

If this page says Freightos is up but it is not loading for you, the problem is between you and them. Run a check against any URL from up to 17 cities across three regions to find out where it breaks.

Freightos outage FAQ

Is Freightos down for everyone or just me?
Compare this page's checks with status.freightos.com, which lists each part of the platform separately, from Spot Quote Search to Shipment Tracking. If both are green and only your account fails, try a private browser window or another network. Some incidents are regional: in October 2026 only select Marketplace customers in mainland China were affected, while everyone else could reach Freightos normally.
What happened in the February 2026 Freightos AcceleRate outage?
On February 17, 2026 Freightos posted a critical instability in AcceleRate, and customer site access was temporarily disabled while fixes were tested. Freightos said the cause was a Google infrastructure upgrade. The fix went live for a portion of customers first and reached everyone on February 18, about 18 hours after the first post. Marketplace sites had a separate instability on February 19 for about four hours.
Does a Cloudflare or Google Cloud outage affect Freightos?
Yes, several recent Freightos incidents traced back to them. The Cloudflare outage of November 18, 2025 caused network instability across Freightos sites until Freightos put a workaround in place for most of them. Partial Google Cloud outages broke the Marketplace shipment page and Shipment Messenger in September 2026, and Cloudflare problems inside China slowed access there in October 2026.
Why is Freightos slow in China?
Freightos reported that performance degradation in Cloudflare services inside mainland China slowed access for select Marketplace customers from October 12, 2026. Cloudflare rerouted traffic around the most affected locations, and Freightos closed the incident on October 13, saying the remaining impact was negligible and no user action was needed. A similar China access incident was posted in November 2021.
How long do Freightos outages usually last?
Most incidents on status.freightos.com close within one to four hours. The September 2026 shipment page incident lasted under an hour, and the Cloudflare outage of November 2025 about three and a half hours. Longer ones are rarer: the February 2026 AcceleRate incident ran about 18 hours and the October 2026 China slowdown about a day.

How we measure this

  • We request Freightos's public endpoint every 6 hours from Fly.io regions across six continents — the most recent check ran from 8 of them. When you open this page and our last check is more than 30 minutes old, we check again on the spot; those checks update the verdict, never the availability figures.
  • A region counts as down only when it gets no usable HTTP response. A 403 or 429 means the origin answered and refused us, which we report as blocked, never as an outage.
  • A single failing region is treated as probe noise. Our checks only change their verdict when two consecutive cycles agree.
  • Response times average only the regions that actually served the page, so a timeout never inflates the number.
  • Where Freightos publishes an official status feed we read it too, and the verdict is the worse of what it reports and what our checks see: a major outage of Freightos itself is Down, trouble with one part of it is Degraded, problems at a few of a provider's many locations change nothing, and a security notice that marks nothing down is shown but changes nothing either. We check the feed every 3 minutes and read it again within minutes of any change to its incidents or components; a reading counts for 45 minutes after the last check that found nothing changed. The availability figures above are our measurement alone.
