Measured by FlareWarden's own checks of elementor.com from multiple regions every 6 hours. Elementor's status page sets the verdict above when it reports trouble, but never these figures. Percentages count only checks that returned an availability answer — 14 days measured so far. A dash means that window does not yet hold enough measured days to publish a figure.

What Elementor does

Elementor is a drag-and-drop website builder for WordPress. Its free and Pro plugins run inside your own WordPress install, and the Pro plugin checks in with Elementor's licensing server, which validates the subscription behind Pro features and updates. Elementor also sells cloud services of its own: Elementor Hosting on Google Cloud with a Cloudflare Enterprise CDN, domains, email, the Kit Library, Elementor AI and the My Elementor dashboard.

What an outage looks like

Pro licenses show as disconnected or refuse to connect, and the My Elementor dashboard will not log in, as in incidents on January 20 and February 12, 2025. The Kit Library can fail with a 500 server error, as on April 10, 2025. Live chat support may not start. On Elementor Hosting, the plugin itself stopped working on hosted sites on January 7, 2026.

What to do about it

Check status.elementor.com, which separates the Dashboard, Licenses, Connect, Kits, Elementor AI and Hosting rows. A site on another host is served by that host, so check the host first if pages are down. After a license incident, reconnect under Elementor, then License in WP Admin. If a hosted site stays broken after a fix, Elementor advised reinstalling the plugin from Plugins, then Add New.

Is it down for everyone, or just you?

If this page says Elementor is up but it is not loading for you, the problem is between you and them. Run a check against any URL from up to 17 cities across three regions to find out where it breaks.

Elementor outage FAQ

Does an Elementor outage take down my WordPress site?
Not if your site is on another host. The Elementor plugins run inside your own WordPress install, so a site at another host is served by that host, and most Elementor incidents hit its cloud services: licensing, the My Elementor dashboard, the Kit Library and live chat. Sites on Elementor Hosting are different, because Elementor runs the server, and its Hosting row covers them.
Why does my Elementor Pro license show as disconnected?
It can be an Elementor-side incident. In January and February 2025 Elementor reported that some users could not connect license keys or saw them as disconnected, and fixed both within hours. If the status page is clear, Elementor's help center says that when the automatic connection fails you can open Elementor, then License in WP Admin, add mode=manually to the address and paste the key.
Will Pro features stop working if the license cannot connect?
Elementor documents this only for a lapsed subscription, not for an outage. Its help center says that without an active Pro license you cannot update Elementor Pro or add Pro features, and may have only limited access to existing ones, while everything in the free version keeps working. It also warns that updating free Elementor without updating Pro can cause compatibility problems.
My hosted site broke after an Elementor incident. What fixes it?
Reinstalling the plugin, according to Elementor. On January 7, 2026 it reported that the Elementor plugin was not working on some Elementor Hosting sites and resolved the incident within an hour. For sites still affected, it advised going to Plugins, then Add New in the WordPress dashboard, searching for Elementor and clicking Install and Activate, or contacting support.
Does the check on this page measure Elementor's services?
No. It loads elementor.com, the company website, which Elementor's status page tracks as its own Elementor.com row. The dashboard, licensing, Kit Library, AI and Hosting each have their own row. A green result here means the website answers, not that licenses connect, kits load or hosted sites are serving pages.

How we measure this

  • We request Elementor's public endpoint every 6 hours from Fly.io regions across six continents — the most recent check ran from 8 of them. When you open this page and our last check is more than 30 minutes old, we check again on the spot; those checks update the verdict, never the availability figures.
  • A region counts as down only when it gets no usable HTTP response. A 403 or 429 means the origin answered and refused us, which we report as blocked, never as an outage.
  • A single failing region is treated as probe noise. Our checks only change their verdict when two consecutive cycles agree.
  • Response times average only the regions that actually served the page, so a timeout never inflates the number.
  • Where Elementor publishes an official status feed we read it too, and the verdict is the worse of what it reports and what our checks see: a major outage of Elementor itself is Down, trouble with one part of it is Degraded, problems at a few of a provider's many locations change nothing, and a security notice that marks nothing down is shown but changes nothing either. We check the feed every 3 minutes and read it again within minutes of any change to its incidents or components; a reading counts for 45 minutes after the last check that found nothing changed. The availability figures above are our measurement alone.
