What ClickFunnels does
ClickFunnels builds and hosts sales funnels: landing pages, order forms, upsell flows and the email and workflow automation around them. Its customers are course sellers, coaches and small ecommerce operators who run checkout on ClickFunnels-hosted pages, often on their own custom domain. That makes an outage a direct revenue event rather than an internal inconvenience.
What an outage looks like
Published funnel pages fail to load for visitors, or load but reject checkout at the payment step. Custom domains may serve certificate warnings instead of pages. Inside the account, the dashboard will not open or the editor fails to save. Email sequences and workflow automations stop firing, so buyers who did complete a purchase never receive their delivery email.
What to do about it
Check status.myclickfunnels.com, which separates Funnels, the pages your buyers see, from Dashboards, Emails, Workflows, Payments Processor, Events Processor and Background Jobs. It also tracks Cloudflare components including SSL for SaaS provisioning, which is what custom domains depend on. Note that status.clickfunnels.com is the older ClickFunnels Classic page and reports a different product.

- We request ClickFunnels's public endpoint every 6 hours from Fly.io regions across six continents — the most recent check ran from 8 of them.
- A region counts as down only when it gets no usable HTTP response. A
403or429means the origin answered and refused us, which we report as blocked, never as an outage. - A single failing region is treated as probe noise. We only change the verdict when two consecutive cycles agree.
- Response times average only the regions that actually served the page, so a timeout never inflates the number.
- Where ClickFunnels publishes an official status feed we read it too. An all-clear from the vendor can soften an unconfirmed degradation; a vendor-declared outage only worsens our verdict when our own checks corroborate it.
