Measured by FlareWarden's own checks of bringg.com from multiple regions every 6 hours. Bringg's status page sets the verdict above when it reports trouble, but never these figures. Percentages count only checks that returned an availability answer — 7 days measured so far. A dash means that window does not yet hold enough measured days to publish a figure.

What Bringg does

Bringg is a last-mile delivery platform for retailers and logistics providers. Dispatchers plan and optimize routes in its dashboard, drivers fulfil orders in the Bringg Driver App, and end customers get tracking links and ETA texts. It also hands orders to third-party carriers such as Uber, DoorDash and Roadie through one integration, so their outages show up in Bringg too.

What an outage looks like

Route optimization and quote requests slow down or fail, as across all regions on October 20, 2026. End customers stop getting tracking links or ETA texts, as with EU SMS failures on October 13, 2026. Login codes by email or SMS arrive late or never. Orders to one delivery partner fail while the rest of Bringg works, as in the Uber API outage of November 18, 2025.

What to do about it

Check status.bringg.com, which lists each part of Bringg per environment (EU2, EU3, US2, US3, US4), so find the one your account runs in. We found no link to it on bringg.com or help.bringg.com. If a delivery partner component is down, check that carrier's own status page, as Bringg links them in its incidents. Drivers can keep working current assignments offline in the Driver App.

Is it down for everyone, or just you?

If this page says Bringg is up but it is not loading for you, the problem is between you and them. Run a check against any URL from up to 17 cities across three regions to find out where it breaks.

Bringg outage FAQ

Is Bringg down or just my region?
Check status.bringg.com for your environment. Bringg runs separate environments named EU2, EU3, US2, US3 and US4 on Google Cloud, and lists every component per environment, so an incident often affects only one, such as API slowness on US2 on June 15, 2026. Your account's environment is the one to read; an all-green page elsewhere does not help.
Why are Bringg delivery partner orders failing?
Often because the carrier itself is down. Bringg's Delivery Partners component has gone red for outages at Uber (November 18, 2025), Roadie (December 16, 2025) and DoorDash during a Cloudflare outage (December 5, 2025), with Bringg pointing to each carrier's status page. A DoorDash change requiring the customer's last name also broke that integration in October 2025.
Does the Bringg Driver App work during an outage?
Partly. Bringg's help center says the Driver App is built to cope with poor connectivity and much of it works offline, so drivers can continue current assignments. It must be online at intervals to receive updates and new order assignments, so new dispatches wait until the app can reach Bringg again.
Why did my customers not get Bringg tracking texts?
Look for a Customer Experience or Notifications incident on status.bringg.com. From about 06:55 to 20:20 UTC on October 13, 2026, some SMS notifications to end customers in the EU were delayed or not delivered, including tracking links and ETA updates. Bringg said email notifications and the tracking page were not affected, so customers could still follow orders there.
What caused the October 20, 2026 Bringg route optimization problem?
Bringg traced it to a zonal networking incident at Google Cloud. Route optimization was delayed or failing across all regions from about 07:07 UTC; Bringg said its multi-zone setup let the service recover within about an hour, kept monitoring through the day, and resolved the incident at 19:13 UTC.

How we measure this

  • We request Bringg's public endpoint every 6 hours from Fly.io regions across six continents — the most recent check ran from 8 of them. When you open this page and our last check is more than 30 minutes old, we check again on the spot; those checks update the verdict, never the availability figures.
  • A region counts as down only when it gets no usable HTTP response. A 403 or 429 means the origin answered and refused us, which we report as blocked, never as an outage.
  • A single failing region is treated as probe noise. Our checks only change their verdict when two consecutive cycles agree.
  • Response times average only the regions that actually served the page, so a timeout never inflates the number.
  • Where Bringg publishes an official status feed we read it too, and the verdict is the worse of what it reports and what our checks see: a major outage of Bringg itself is Down, trouble with one part of it is Degraded, problems at a few of a provider's many locations change nothing, and a security notice that marks nothing down is shown but changes nothing either. We check the feed every 3 minutes and read it again within minutes of any change to its incidents or components; a reading counts for 45 minutes after the last check that found nothing changed. The availability figures above are our measurement alone.
