Measured by FlareWarden's own checks of bizzabo.com from multiple regions every 6 hours. Bizzabo's status page sets the verdict above when it reports trouble, but never these figures. Percentages count only checks that returned an availability answer — 7 days measured so far. A dash means that window does not yet hold enough measured days to publish a figure.

What Bizzabo does

Bizzabo is event management software for B2B conferences, field events, webinars and virtual and hybrid events. Organizers build event websites and registration, send event emails, run the agenda, live streams and a mobile event app, and use Klik SmartBadge and onsite apps at the venue. Attendees mostly meet it as an event's website or registration page rather than as Bizzabo itself.

What an outage looks like

Event websites and the Organizer Dashboard load slowly or return errors, as in the platform-wide slowness of September 1, 2026. During the Cloudflare incident of November 18, 2025 people saw intermittent 503 errors. Registration through the registration widget can fail with an error saying registration failed (October 2025), and reports can show a Trouble Loading Data error, as during the June 2025 Google Cloud outage.

What to do about it

Check status.bizzabo.com, which reports the Organizer Dashboard, Events Websites, Registration, Email, API, virtual, The Venue and the Onsite Command Application separately. We found no link to it on bizzabo.com. Bizzabo's incident notices point to support@bizzabo.com. If attendees cannot register, Bizzabo has said clearing cookies or using a private window often works. When an incident names AWS, Cloudflare or Google Cloud, follow that provider's status too.

Is it down for everyone, or just you?

If this page says Bizzabo is up but it is not loading for you, the problem is between you and them. Run a check against any URL from up to 17 cities across three regions to find out where it breaks.

Bizzabo outage FAQ

Is Bizzabo down for everyone or just me?
Compare this page's checks with status.bizzabo.com, which lists eleven components, from the Organizer Dashboard to the Onsite Command Application. Many Bizzabo incidents hit one part only, such as event websites or registration, so the main site can load while your event page does not. If the status page is green, contact support@bizzabo.com, the address Bizzabo gives in its incident notices.
Why can't attendees register for a Bizzabo event?
Check the Registration component on status.bizzabo.com first. In October 2025 Bizzabo reported that some users registering through the registration widget saw an error saying registration failed, and said affected users could usually complete it by clearing their browser cache and cookies or using a private or incognito window. That incident took about 18 hours to resolve.
Does an AWS or Cloudflare outage affect Bizzabo?
Yes, both have taken parts of Bizzabo down. During the AWS outage of October 20, 2025 Bizzabo reported slow features and errors that recurred through the day, and it marked all components operational again on October 21. The Cloudflare incident of November 18, 2025 caused intermittent 503 errors until Bizzabo routed around Cloudflare in affected regions, and Cloudflare was behind dashboard latency in August 2025.
Why is the Bizzabo Reporting Hub showing Trouble Loading Data?
During the Google Cloud outage of June 12, 2025, Bizzabo said customers could see a Trouble Loading Data error in the Reporting Hub, and the problem spread to its OCA and Klik products. It was resolved that evening once Google Cloud recovered. If you see the error now, check the Organizer Dashboard component on status.bizzabo.com and Google Cloud's status page.
How long do Bizzabo outages usually last?
Most incidents on status.bizzabo.com are resolved within one to three hours, like the platform-wide slowness of September 1, 2026, which closed after about two hours. Incidents caused by a cloud provider run longer: the AWS outage of October 2025 kept Bizzabo's incident open for about a day, and the June 2025 Google Cloud outage for nearly six hours.

How we measure this

  • We request Bizzabo's public endpoint every 6 hours from Fly.io regions across six continents — the most recent check ran from 8 of them. When you open this page and our last check is more than 30 minutes old, we check again on the spot; those checks update the verdict, never the availability figures.
  • A region counts as down only when it gets no usable HTTP response. A 403 or 429 means the origin answered and refused us, which we report as blocked, never as an outage.
  • A single failing region is treated as probe noise. Our checks only change their verdict when two consecutive cycles agree.
  • Response times average only the regions that actually served the page, so a timeout never inflates the number.
  • Where Bizzabo publishes an official status feed we read it too, and the verdict is the worse of what it reports and what our checks see: a major outage of Bizzabo itself is Down, trouble with one part of it is Degraded, problems at a few of a provider's many locations change nothing, and a security notice that marks nothing down is shown but changes nothing either. We check the feed every 3 minutes and read it again within minutes of any change to its incidents or components; a reading counts for 45 minutes after the last check that found nothing changed. The availability figures above are our measurement alone.
