Aircall uptime
Measured from multiple regions every 6 hours. Percentages count only checks that returned an availability answer — 3 days measured so far. A dash means that window does not yet hold enough measured days to publish a figure.
30-day history
3-day clean streakReachability by region
Each region runs its own request from a different part of the world. A service can be up for one continent and down for another, which is usually the first sign of a routing or CDN problem.
What Aircall does
Aircall is a cloud phone system aimed at sales and support teams, offering shared numbers, call routing, an agent workspace on desktop, web and mobile, and integrations that push call activity into a CRM or helpdesk. Smaller companies often use it as their only business phone line, so an outage removes the main way customers reach them.
What an outage looks like
Inbound calls stop arriving while callers hear ringing that nobody answers. Outbound calls fail to place or drop shortly after connecting. The workspace loads but shows agents as unavailable regardless of their actual state. SMS and MMS stop sending or arrive late. CRM integrations stop logging calls, so activity records go missing even for calls that did connect.
What to do about it
status.aircall.com breaks the platform into 50 components across groups for calling, messaging, the workspace apps, authentication, integrations and the AI features, so an SMS problem is visible as distinct from a voice one. Inbound Calls and Outbound Calls report separately, which is worth checking before assuming the whole system is down. If only the Integrations and APIs group is affected, calls still work and only the activity logging is behind.
Is it down for everyone, or just you?

How we measure this
- We request Aircall's public endpoint every 6 hours from Fly.io regions across six continents — 8 of them answered the most recent check.
- A region counts as down only when it gets no usable HTTP response. A
403or429means the origin answered and refused us, which we report as blocked, never as an outage. - A single failing region is treated as probe noise. We only change the verdict when two consecutive cycles agree.
- Response times average only the regions that actually served the page, so a timeout never inflates the number.
- Where Aircall publishes an official status feed we read it too. An all-clear from the vendor can soften an unconfirmed degradation; a vendor-declared outage only worsens our verdict when our own checks corroborate it.
