Measured by FlareWarden's own checks of action1.com from multiple regions every 6 hours. Action1's status page sets the verdict above when it reports trouble, but never these figures. Percentages count only checks that returned an availability answer — 4 days measured so far. A dash means that window does not yet hold enough measured days to publish a figure.

What Action1 does

Action1 is a cloud patch management platform for Windows, macOS and Linux endpoints. IT teams use it to deploy operating system and third-party patches, find vulnerabilities that a patch can fix, and reach remote endpoints without a VPN or on-premises servers. The first 200 endpoints are free. Each region runs its own console, in North America, Europe, the UK and Australia.

What an outage looks like

The Action1 console fails to load or sign in for one region while the others keep working, because each region has its own console: app.action1.com and app.na-2.action1.com in North America, then app.eu, app.uk and app.au. One feature can also fail inside one region: on October 30, 2026 an EU Email Outage lasted 1 hour 31 minutes and only the Europe component was marked.

What to do about it

Check status.action1.com, linked as Action1 Status on action1.com. It lists the Action1 website and each regional console as separate components, so find the one your account signs in to: app.action1.com, app.na-2.action1.com, app.eu.action1.com, app.uk.action1.com or app.au.action1.com. If your region is green and the console still fails, try another browser and check your own network before contacting Action1.

Is it down for everyone, or just you?

If this page says Action1 is up but it is not loading for you, the problem is between you and them. Run a check against any URL from up to 17 cities across three regions to find out where it breaks.

Action1 outage FAQ

Is Action1 down for everyone or just my region?
Usually just one region. Action1 runs separate consoles for North America (two of them), Europe, the UK and Australia, and its status page shows each as its own component. A fault in app.eu.action1.com says nothing about app.action1.com. Find your console's address in the browser bar and check that row on status.action1.com.
Why did Action1 emails stop arriving?
Most likely a regional email incident. On October 30, 2026 Action1 posted an EU Email Outage that ran from 3:09pm to 4:40pm GMT, 1 hour 31 minutes, and the status page recorded one partial outage on the Europe component only. Customers on the North American, UK and Australian consoles were not marked as affected.
Does Action1 announce maintenance?
Yes, on its status page under Past Maintenance and Scheduled Maintenance. A Scheduled Frontend Maintenance ran on October 27, 2026 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm GMT. If the console is unavailable at an odd hour, check the maintenance tab on status.action1.com before treating it as an outage.
What does FlareWarden check for Action1?
It requests www.action1.com, Action1's public website, from several regions. That tells you whether Action1's front door is reachable. It does not sign in to a regional console, so a fault in one region's console can show on status.action1.com before it shows here. Read both together.

How we measure this

  • We request Action1's public endpoint every 6 hours from Fly.io regions across six continents — the most recent check ran from 8 of them. When you open this page and our last check is more than 30 minutes old, we check again on the spot; those checks update the verdict, never the availability figures.
  • A region counts as down only when it gets no usable HTTP response. A 403 or 429 means the origin answered and refused us, which we report as blocked, never as an outage.
  • A single failing region is treated as probe noise. Our checks only change their verdict when two consecutive cycles agree.
  • Response times average only the regions that actually served the page, so a timeout never inflates the number.
  • Where Action1 publishes an official status feed we read it too, and the verdict is the worse of what it reports and what our checks see: a major outage of Action1 itself is Down, trouble with one part of it is Degraded, problems at a few of a provider's many locations change nothing, and a security notice that marks nothing down is shown but changes nothing either. A reading counts for 45 minutes; we read the feed again within minutes of any change to its incidents. The availability figures above are our measurement alone.

We check Action1 every 6 hours, and again when you open this page if that was more than 30 minutes ago. Your own monitors run as often as every 30 seconds, from up to 17 cities across three regions, and tell you the moment something breaks.
