What these numbers mean

Every service here is requested from multiple Fly.io regions on a schedule set per service — the most sought-after every 30 minutes from all 18, the rest less often and from fewer. Each page states its own cadence. A region only counts as down when it receives no usable HTTP response — if a site answers and refuses our client, that is a bot challenge, not an outage, and we label it as such rather than publishing a false zero.

A single failing region is treated as probe noise; a verdict only changes when two consecutive cycles agree. Where a vendor publishes an official status feed we read that too, and let it correct us in both directions.
