No — Slack and Discord alerts (both currently in beta) are included on every plan and use your plan's webhook allotment. Just pick Slack or Discord as the destination type when adding an alert destination.
Each plan includes a base number of subscribers for your status pages. If you need more, you can purchase add-ons on any paid plan to expand your capacity. Add-ons are billed monthly and can be adjusted anytime.
