Creating a Status Page
Set up your status page in four easy steps
Go to Status Pages
Find Status Pages in your account settings or navigation
Configure Basic Settings
Set your page title, slug (URL path), and description
Add Components
Link monitors to show as status components on your page
Customize Branding
Add your logo, colors, and custom domain (Business/Agency plans)
Status Page Components
Individual services displayed on your status page
Components are the individual services displayed on your status page. Each component is linked to a monitor.
Component Settings
- Name: Display name (e.g., "Website", "API", "Database")
- Description: Optional explanation of what this component is
- Monitor: The monitor that provides status for this component
- Display Order: Control the order components appear on the page
Component Grouping
Organize related components into groups (e.g., "Core Services", "Integrations", "Regional") for better organization.
Subscriber Notifications
Keep customers informed with email updates
Allow visitors to subscribe to status updates via email:
- Visitors enter their email on your status page
- Double opt-in verification ensures valid emails
- Subscribers receive updates during incidents and maintenance
- One-click unsubscribe in every email
Subscriber limits by plan: Free (100), Starter (500), Business (2,000), Agency (10,000)

Timezone
Display times in your preferred timezone for incident history.
Uptime Graph Days
Configure how many days of uptime history to show (7, 30, 90 days).
Incident History Days
How far back to show past incidents on the page.
